Take the 2013 Library survey.

To complete the survey at the above link, you will need to log in with your Mendocino College WebAdvisor username and password. You will also need to enter STUDENT\ (that is, the word student followed by a backslash) before your username. For example, John Doe would enter STUDENT\john.doe for his username.

Once you are logged in, click the "Respond to this Survey" button. One respondent will be randomly selected to win a $25 Gift Card. The drawing will occur on May 23rd, 2013.
